Small Group Personal Training offers expert coaching for up to 8 people per session - giving you the benefits of personal training at a lower cost. Unlike generic fitness classes, our SGPT sessions follow the same proven Body Rebuild Blueprint™️ system as our 1-to-1 coaching.

You’ll still receive expert guidance from highly qualified coaches, personalised to your fitness level and goals, but in a semi-private setting that fosters energy, accountability, and motivation. Each session follows a personalised structured training plan - and we track your nutrition, progress, and results along the way to ensure you’re always moving forward.

This is intelligent group coaching - delivered in a fun, focused environment with a powerful sense of community.

I’m 68 years old and have been training with Scott for over 13 years. When I first started at 55, I was severely overweight, very stiff and struggling with injuries and poor mobility.

I had never trained regularly in a gym before but I knew if I didn’t do something it was only going to get worse, so I looked for professional help.

In my first two years I lost 30kg, corrected my injuries and massively improved my mobility and strength. I’ve managed to maintain very well since then and I’m still improving even at my age.

Like anyone, I’ve had times where I’ve slipped a bit and put some weight back on but Scott always helps me get back on track quickly. The gym also run a 21-Day Fat Loss Challenge every other month, where lots of members take part. The WhatsApp community is great for accountability, posting meals, sharing ideas and keeping each other motivated. It really helps me stay in check. I’ve even won the challenge on a few occasions!

I feel healthier now than I did 30 years ago! Training has become a big part of my life, I train 3 times per week and rarely miss a session. It’s honestly one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I started training with Casey at Scott’s Personal Training in January 2025. At the time, I was weighing just over 90kg, carrying more body fat than I wanted, and although I was running regularly, I wasn’t seeing the improvements in performance I knew I was capable of.

Since then, the results have been incredible. I’ve dropped almost 12kg of body fat, bringing my weight down to 78.9kg, while maintaining my lean muscle. Not only do I look and feel much better, but my running has gone to another level. My half marathon time has come down from around 1 hour 50 minutes to 1 hour 29 minutes - and I’m still improving.

The strength training has been a huge game changer. I’ve built strength I never thought I’d have - hitting 83kg on my barbell back squat, 122kg on my trap bar deadlift and for the first time ever I can now do proper pull-ups and push-ups. This has helped me feel stronger, more athletic, and much more resilient to injury.

The biggest difference for me has been combining the training with a proper focus on nutrition. Casey has helped me put everything together in a way that not only supports my performance, but also makes me feel healthier, leaner and more energised.
